Timney’s engineers figured out a way to machine the parts from billet steel (no skimping with metal injection molding or stamped, old-school parts), assemble the triggers, and still hand-test this trigger by our trigger technicians at a lower price that you asked for.
Factory set pull weight of 3-4 pounds that will give you a crisp, clean, break. The Timney Impact will drop into all Mil-Spec AR’s, to include all components are captive in the lightweight, aluminum alloy housing. The Hammer is heat treated and machined from S7 tool steel that combines hardness to resist wear with superior impact resistance to withstand heavy use without chipping or breaking. Other components are EDM cut from A2 tool steel, heat treated, and coated in a black carbon nitride finish.
